How to Register for Jobs at a Meet

• Log into http://www.starrsmillswimming.com. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the site.
• If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
• Under the Schedule tab, select "Schedule" to sign up for a swim meet.

Volunteer Job Signup - (Nutrition Table, Timers, etc.)

Follow the above instructions and then do the following:

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). 
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

How each swimmer declares if they will be attending the meet and what races they are requesting (please note not all requests may be honored, and is based upon team requirements)

• Log into https://www.starrsmillswimming.com/swim_meets and log into your account
• Go to the correct meet and click on the green button called Meet Entry
• Click on the swimmer and from the drop down menu declare attending or not attending the meet
• If declared attending, please provide 3 preferred races
• SAVE
• All meets for the season can be declared at the start of the season
• All meets and job sign ups can be completed via the Swimtopia app also
