Parents and Swimmers,

The heat sheet for tomorrow is attached.

Remember that swimmers should be in the bus loop at 6:30 for a 6:45 departure.  You can bring any nutrition table donations with you to the bus loop.  Swimmers should wear black or dark swimsuits if they have them.  Girls, tie-back suits are not allowed.

We hope to see all the swimmers at the team dinner.
