2023 Panther Swim Banquet

Please click here, Panther Swim Banquet INVITATION/RSVP, for the invitation for the 2023 Panther Swim Banquet! Please respond no later than Monday, February 6 so that our Banquet Chair, Leslie Martinez, has an accurate headcount. The cost this year is $25 per guest (if paying by check) or $25.75 (if paying by Venmo, @splashdownboosterclub, Panther Athletic Booster Club, which includes an 3% processing charge.) The banquet cost includes table set up, linens, food/beverage buffet meal, service and gratuity.  All swim team athletes are covered for the $25 banquet meal cost but please ensure that the Google form invitation/RSVP is completed for everyone attending, all athletes and guests.  This is the only way that we can ensure an accurate headcount for Due South and an adequate amount of food.  Payment can be made by check made out to Splashdown Booster Club for each guest and dropped off to Coach Abrams room or if paying by Venmo please include the additional 3% charge.

Payments-Please ensure that any outstanding payments for Spiritwear, yard signs, etc. are paid this week. As the season comes to a close, we need to make sure that have all money has been collected and bills paid so that we have an accurate picture of the budget and the bank account. A check can be dropped off to Coach Abrams or please use Venmo but please add the 3% service charge to the outstanding amount when using Venmo, (thanks to PayPal rules.)

We are grateful for every one of our swimmers, our coaches and our families and the banquet is our last event to celebrate the season and wish our seniors the very best in their future endeavors.  We can’t wait to see everyone there!
