Happy Friday Panthers,

Warm ups will start for our team start at 4:55pm. Please be at the Columbus Aquatic Center no later than 4:30pm to have to the necessary time to change and on the pool deck ready for warm ups.  We will have a full nutrition table with Publix wraps and CFA nuggets to supplement.  There will be gallons of water for filling water bottles and small bottles of Gatorade.  
Timers meeting is at 5:15pm, meet starts at 5:30pm. Thank you so much for volunteering.

And a huge Thank You for getting our kids safely to the pool so that we have this opportunity to compete!
