Hi Everyone,
Please make sure all swim team athletes order their County Championship t-shirt no later than Thursday, April 14.  They are free but you must fill out this form and order your size, Athlete Order Form

Extra shirts will not be ordered.  I am missing forms for about 20 swimmers and don’t want anyone left out! There is only a cost if you would like a crewneck sweatshirt or hoodie instead of or in addition to the t-shirt.  Payment deadline for those items is next week; getting the form completed so the order can be placed is the priority!
