Dear Panther Families,

To celebrate the county championship, below are are links to a Google form that I need every athlete to complete for me.  They can choose to get the t-shirt for free or choose to pay $9 for a crewneck sweatshirt or $16 for a hoodie, INSTEAD of a t-shirt.  Or, they can get a t-shirt AND one of the sweatshirts and pay the full cost, $20 for the crewneck sweatshirt or $27 for the hoodie sweatshirt.  Details are on the form!

If families would like to purchase a t-shirt, sweatshirt or hoodie, please use the following link to fill out the Google form for family orders. You can pay with one check or Venmo payment, but please order separately from your swimmer.

The deadline to order is Thursday, April 14 and checks should be made out to Splashdown Booster Club, please note athlete’s name in memo line, or by Venmo to @smswim and note athlete’s name with payment.  Checks can be dropped off to an envelope at the front counter in the school’s main office.
