Team Apparel Order

Order payment can be sent to the meet on Friday and given to me, Rosie Rausch, or dropped off in the mailbox at 375 Swains Drive.  Please be sure to get your order placed by the deadline.  Payment can be collected after the deadline with the understanding that payment is owed for any order that is placed.  Please make checks out to Splashdown Booster Club.

Swimmer T-shirt Sizes- If your swimmer’s t-shirt size needs to be adjusted for the Next Level brand slimmer style t-shirt, please let me know.  Text me (my number below) the swimmer’s name and desired shirt size ASAP.  If you need to order additional items, please fill out additional forms but only the name is needed on additional orders. One check is fine.
